  • 5 Balb/c 6-8 weeks male mice;

  • Four times of immunization

  • Serum ELISA＞1:10000

  • Fusion of myeloma and B lymphocyte cells

  • Pick up 20-50 positive porocytes，subcloning three times

  • Screen 2-5 stable antibody secretory hybridoma cell strains

  • Inoculate hybridoma cells into relevant animals to produce ascites

  • Protein A/G antibody purification，SDS-PAGE ＞90%

  • Ensure antibody ELISA＞1:128000

  • Screen to get one pair of paired antibody(optional)
